Job Summary

UCS Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor / Business Development Executive to handle college visits, student counselling, team coordination, student motivation, and admission target achievement.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with colleges and motivate a team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate and support the counselling and admission team.
- Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Achieve assigned admission and business targets.
- Prepare reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Organize career guidance programs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Requirements
- MBA in HR / Marketing preferred.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and counselling skills.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Solid team coordination and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to colleges.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in academic counselling, education sales, business development, admissions, or marketing will be an advantage.
