About the Role

Connecting Dots ERP is looking for an experienced HR Analytics with AI Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on HR Analytics and AI applications in HR.
- Teach HR data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and HR metrics.
- Provide hands-on training using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Explain practical applications of AI in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Conduct assignments, case studies, and real-world HR analytics projects.
- Guide learners in creating HR dashboards and analytical reports.
- Resolve learner queries and provide project guidance.





Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Analytics and HR processes.
- Practical experience with Excel, Power BI, and HR analytics tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools and Generative AI applications in HR.
- Understanding of HR metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts through practical examples.

Experience 3+ years of relevant HR Analytics / HR Tech experience preferred
