We are looking for experienced housekeeping supervisor for immediate joining.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital.
- Manage housekeeping staff, duty rosters, attendance and shift allocation.
- Monitor cleaning schedules, washroom maintenance, patient care areas and common areas.
- Ensure proper implementation of infection prevention and control practices.
- Monitor the use, storage and inventory of cleaning materials, equipment and consumables.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists and records.




- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards and safety protocols.
- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and coordinate with other departments for timely resolution.

Skills Required:

- Positive leadership, communication and staff management skills.
- Knowledge of hospital housekeeping and infection control practices.
- Ability to manage manpower and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
