Core Job Roles and Responsibilities

- Guest Room Maintenance: Stripping and changing bed linens, making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.

- Sanitation: Scrubbing and disinfecting bathrooms, cleaning mirrors, replacing toiletries, and handling waste disposal.

- Stocking and Supplies: Replenishing guest amenities (such as soap, shampoo, and towels) and keeping the housekeeping cart organized.

- Public Area Upkeep: Cleaning hotel lobbies, hallways, elevators, and shared restrooms.

- Maintenance Reporting: Inspecting rooms for damages, broken lamps, or leaks and reporting them to the maintenance team.

- Guest Interaction: Greeting guests politely, handling special requests, and managing lost and found items according to property rules.

- Key Skills Required

- Time Management: Completing assigned room turnarounds efficiently within strict time limits (typically 20 to 45 minutes per room).

- Attention to Detail: Following strict hygiene standards and chemical safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.

- Communication: Reporting status updates to the front office or housekeeping supervisor.

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
