- Bedroom Maintenance: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, making beds, changing bed linens, and cleaning mirrors.

- Bathroom Sanitation: Scrubbing toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and tiles with antibacterial agents; polishing fixtures; and removing water stains.

- General Tidying: Mopping floors, removing trash, and cleaning windows or glass surfaces.

- Turn-down Service: Preparing rooms in the evening for guest comfort.

Operational Responsibilities

- Stock Management: Replenishing guest supplies like toiletries, towels, tea/coffee, and minibar items.

- Cart Preparation: Organizing and stocking the maid's cart with cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.

- Safety & Security: Locking doors, securing guest belongings,



and reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards.

- Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and notifying management of needed repairs (e.g., broken lights, leaking taps).

- Lost & Found: Documenting and turning in any items left behind by guests. LinkedIn +4

Guest Service Duties

- Prompt Service: Answering guest requests for additional items (pillows, towels) quickly.

- Privacy Adherence: Respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs and guest privacy.
