Craftels | South Goa

Craftels is building its next culinary destination in South Goa, and we are looking for people who want to practise hospitality differently.

We are creating a small, energetic service team with minimum hierarchy and maximum ownership.

There are no rigid boundaries between waiter, runner, or busser. Everyone on the frontline is a Host.

What does a Host do?

A Host owns the guest experience from beginning to end.

You may

- welcome and assist guests;
- explain the food and beverage menu;
- take orders and operate the POS;
- serve food and beverages;
- run food from our service lift to different levels of the property;
- clear and reset tables;
- process payments;
- notice and solve guest problems;
- step in wherever your team needs support.

Hosts will rotate between guest service, food running and other floor responsibilities depending on the flow of service. There is no “that's not my job” culture here.

Who are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need years of hotel or restaurant experience.

We care about whether you are:

- warm and confident with people;
- energetic and physically active;




- observant and quick to respond;
- comfortable taking initiative;
- willing to learn;
- calm when things get busy;
- comfortable working as part of a close team;
- willing to serve, carry, clear and help without hierarchy or ego.

Training will be provided in service, menu knowledge, POS, food handling and guest experience. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.

Location

South Goa

Full-time, in office role. Hospitality shifts will include evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The idea is simple

We are not looking for people who only carry plates.

We are looking for Hosts who notice, care and take ownership of the entire guest experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
