Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HK Supervisor to supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations at a Treebo hotel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, room readiness, guest satisfaction, and housekeeping team performance. The role involves supervising room attendants, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing housekeeping supplies, and coordinating with the Front Office and Maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and allocate duties to housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobby, and other common areas for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure rooms are ready for check-in within the required timelines.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
- Train and guide room attendants and housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
- Maintain proper inventory of linen, toiletries, cleaning chemicals, and housekeeping supplies.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status, check-ins, check-outs, vacant rooms, and special guest requirements.
- Report maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, AC, furniture, or other room defects to the concerned team.
- Follow up on maintenance complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle guest housekeeping requests and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of guest belongings and lost-and-found items.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, room inspection reports, and other required records.
- Monitor the use of cleaning materials and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, safety, and hotel housekeeping procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.




- Coordinate deep-cleaning activities and periodic maintenance of rooms and public areas.
- Ensure proper laundry and linen management.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager/Hotel Manager with daily operational requirements.
- Ensure the housekeeping team maintains professional grooming and behavior at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping.
- Previous experience as an HK Supervisor / Housekeeping Supervisor preferred.
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, budget hotels, or hospitality properties.
- Good knowledge of room cleaning, housekeeping procedures, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of housekeeping inventory and linen management.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced hotel environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in Treebo Hotels, OYO, budget hotels, business hotels, serviced apartments, or other organized hotel chains will be preferred. Experience managing housekeeping teams and maintaining consistent room-quality standards will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
