Hiring: Website & Digital Content Executive

Location: Medical Square, Nagpur

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

We are looking for a Website & Digital Content Executive to manage our website, create and update digital content, support e-commerce operations, and assist with day-to-day online activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic digital marketing knowledge, and be comfortable working with websites, product information, and online customers.

Requirements

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Good computer and internet skills
- Comfortable working with websites and online platforms
- Responsible, organized, and hardworking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Responsibilities
- Manage and regularly update website content
- Add, edit, and maintain product listings on the website
- Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and other information
- Create and update website banners, pages, and promotional content
- Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and well-presented
- Handle customer chats, enquiries,



and basic customer support
- Handle customer calls when required
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers
- Assist with order processing and follow-ups
- Maintain and update product/stock information
- Assist with social media content and basic digital marketing activities
- Monitor website content and report any issues or required updates
- Support general day-to-day e-commerce and digital operations

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital marketing
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other website/e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools is a plus
- Positive writing and content-editing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
