- - Team Lead Prior Authorization

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead Prior Authorization to manage end-to-end prior authorization operations, including benefits verification, ensure process accuracy, and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day prior authorization operations, including authorization requests, follow-ups, and status tracking.
- Oversee insurance eligibility and benefits verification (EBV) to ensure accurate coverage, benefits, co-pay, co-insurance, deductibles, and out-of-pocket details.
- Ensure timely submission of prior authorization requests and compliance with TAT requirements.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve authorization and benefits-related issues.
- Monitor pending authorizations, follow up on delays, and ensure timely approvals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Analyze authorization denials and delays, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines,



quality standards, and HIPAA regulations.

Required Skills:

- 7yrs - 9yrs of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong experience in Prior Authorization and Perks Verification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead role (on paper).
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare insurance plans, eligibility verification, authorization requirements, and payer guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with insurance benefits verification, including co-pay, co-insurance, deductibles, and coverage limitations.
- Experience handling authorization requests, follow-ups, and denial resolution.
- Good communication, analytical, and team-handling skills.
- Experience in multi-specialty healthcare operations is an added advantage.
