⚠️ STRICT REQUIREMENTS

✅ Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Email Protection

✅ Hands-on experience with Abnormal AI

✅ 2–4 years of Email Security Administration experience

✅ Robust Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online & Mail Flow knowledge

✅ Strong understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS & TLS

✅ Experience in phishing investigations & incident response

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer, configure and optimize Proofpoint & Abnormal AI

• Tune security policies and improve threat detection

• Investigate phishing, BEC, malware, spoofing and account compromise

• Manage Proofpoint capabilities including TAP, URL Defense and Attachment Defense





• Optimize Abnormal AI for phishing, impersonation and account compromise

• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and mail-flow issues

• Perform threat hunting and email security analysis

• Integrate email security platforms with SIEM, SOAR, EDR and ticketing tools

• Develop automation using PowerShell / Python / REST APIs

• Collaborate with SOC, IAM, Messaging and Infrastructure teams
