- 4+ years of experience as a Medical Coder or relevant QA experience.
- Candidates with 4 years of coding experience can also apply.
- On-paper QA experience is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits for Radiology and Pathology medical coding.
- Review coded charts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with coding guidelines.
- Identify coding errors and provide feedback to coders.
- Ensure accurate application of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and relevant coding guidelines.
- Handle coding-related queries and support process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain audit reports and quality metrics.
