Role Description This is a contract, in office trainer role based in Ghaziabad for MERN Stack, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs, and projects aligned with current industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials and curricula, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on practical assignments, and evaluating performance through assessments and feedback.

The trainer will collaborate with the CertED Technologies team to refine course content,



ensure learning outcomes are met, and support placement readiness by focusing on job-oriented skills and real-world scenarios. The role may also involve coordinating with corporate partners or institutions for specialized workshops and upskilling programs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain complex technical and marketing concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills, including curriculum development, classroom management, and learner assessment.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to teach practical strategies for digital campaigns, branding, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess Sales and business development awareness to connect training content with market needs and employability skills.
- Solid hands-on expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or Data Analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI) or Digital Marketing platforms (SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media tools).
- Prior experience as a corporate or technical trainer, faculty, or instructor in IT, analytics, or digital marketing domains.
- Ability to design job-ready, project-based content and adapt teaching methods for varying skill levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications in web development, data analytics, or digital marketing are an advantage.
