Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new products or features in production environments.

- Conduct UAT testing and debugging to ensure seamless integration of software components.

- Provide technical support during product launches, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer complaints.

- Participate in maintenance activities such as monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing processes.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in product implementation, maintenance, or related field.

- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.

- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining complex software systems using various technologies (e.g., Java).

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
