Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage civil and interior fit-out works at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients.
- Read and understand civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Check quality of workmanship and ensure proper finishing.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities.
- Coordinate execution of flooring, false ceiling, partitions, painting, carpentry, civil works, and other interior activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and proper material handling.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years civil and commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Positive knowledge of site execution, measurements, and drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
