Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day highway and road construction activities.
- Monitor earthwork, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, drainage and road structures.
- Ensure execution as per MoRTH specifications, IRC standards and approved drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, QA/QC, Survey, Planning, Billing, Plant & Machinery and subcontractors.
- Check levels, alignment, gradients, quantities and quality of executed works.
- Monitor manpower, materials and machinery required for daily execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Assist in measurements, quantity verification and RA billing.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.

Candidate Profile




- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience in road/highway projects.
- Good knowledge of highway construction and site execution.
- Knowledge of MoRTH, IRC and relevant IS Codes.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in EPC / NHAI / MSRDC / PWD / State Highway projects will be preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
