The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Design to lead our Interior Design and Concept division.

This is a senior leadership role for a design professional who can combine creative vision, design excellence, team leadership, client engagement, and execution expertise.

The ideal candidate will shape our design direction, develop creative concepts, lead design teams, and ensure that every project maintains a high standard of aesthetics, functionality, detailing, and execution.

Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Creative Direction

- Define and drive the creative vision and design philosophy across residential, commercial, and modular interior projects.
- Lead concept development, mood boards, spatial planning, material selection, layouts, and 3D visual concepts.
- Establish design standards, guidelines, and quality benchmarks across the design division.
- Stay updated with emerging interior design trends, materials, technologies, and global design practices.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, and CAD professionals.
- Review and approve 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, working drawings, and design presentations.
- Allocate projects and ensure design deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Build a collaborative culture focused on creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management





- Lead design presentations and concept discussions with premium and high-value clients.
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, brand language, and budget.
- Translate client briefs into distinctive, functional, and commercially viable design solutions.
- Act as the senior design interface between clients, project teams, vendors, factory production, and site execution teams.

Design Execution & Quality Control

- Work closely with factory and production teams to ensure furniture, modular solutions, and millwork accurately reflect approved designs.
- Conduct site visits and design audits to ensure execution quality, detailing, finishes, and aesthetics meet design standards.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and design-related cost optimization while maintaining design integrity.
- Identify execution challenges early and provide practical design solutions.

- What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10 years of professional experience in Interior Design, with 3–4 years in a leadership or design management role.
- Strong experience across residential and commercial interior projects.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of space planning, modular furniture, joinery, ceilings, lighting, materials, and interior detailing.
- Excellent design presentation, client communication, creative storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams while maintaining high standards of design quality and execution.
