WE’RE HIRING | HEAD – HOLIDAYS

FabConnect is hiring an experienced Head – Holidays to lead and grow the complete Holidays business across Sales, Operations, Product and Customer Experience.

? Location: Mysuru / Bengaluru

? Experience: 5+ Years

? CTC: ₹8–12 LPA + Performance Incentives

? Department: Holidays / Travel

? Employment Type: Full-Time

✈️ Travel as required

Key Responsibilities

✅ Own the overall Holidays business strategy, revenue growth and profitability

✅ Develop annual business plans, revenue strategy and growth initiatives

✅ Lead and coach Holiday Sales and Operations teams

✅ Build strong relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters and travel partners

✅ Design profitable domestic and international holiday packages

✅ Review pricing, quotations, margins, discounts and commercial terms

✅ Monitor sales targets, conversion rates, margins and customer satisfaction

✅ Handle escalated customer issues and VIP/high-value requirements





✅ Identify opportunities across corporate travel, group tours, family holidays, honeymoon packages and customized itineraries

✅ Prepare business MIS covering enquiries, conversions, revenue, margins and receivables

What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Holiday Sales or Travel Business Management

✔ Leadership experience preferred

✔ Solid knowledge of holiday packages, destination planning, suppliers and costing

✔ Strong commercial, negotiation and vendor-management skills

✔ Proven ability to manage revenue targets and teams
