Role Overview The Head Chef / Sous Chef will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations, responsible for curating authentic, high-quality Indian menus, managing back-of-house staff, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of India’s diverse regional cuisines, from traditional tandoor techniques to complex spice blending, and combines this culinary artistry with strong kitchen management skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
