Key Responsibilities

- Coffee Quality &
- Craftsmanship:

Dial in espresso grinders, pull precise shots, texture milk, and maintain strict recipe standards.

- Staff Training &

- Leadership:

Mentor junior baristas, run workshops on extraction and latte art, and schedule shifts.

- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines and grinders.

- Inventory &

- Stock Management:

Monitor coffee bean, milk, and syrup levels, place supply orders, and manage waste.

- Customer Experience: Greet patrons, share deep knowledge of coffee origins, and resolve service issues.
