Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based in Lucknow. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including routine check-ups, prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and management of gynecologic conditions.

Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating reproductive health issues, performing gynecologic surgeries and procedures, monitoring pregnancies, conducting deliveries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure protected and evidence-based care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records, counseling patients and families,



adhering to clinical protocols and ethical standards, and participating in quality improvement and continuing medical education activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with the ability to diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of women’s health conditions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including antenatal care, labor management, gynecologic disorders, and reproductive health.
- Proficiency in Gynecologic Surgery and relevant Surgery skills, including common gynecologic procedures and operating room best practices.
- Recognized medical qualification (MBBS) with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) and valid medical registration as per applicable regulations.
- Experience working in hospital or clinic settings, with familiarity in managing emergency obstetric and gynecologic cases.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and counseling skills, with a patient-centered and ethical approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to busy clinical schedules, and maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
