- Deliver theoretical and practical GWO training as per approved training modules and standards.

- Conduct practical demonstrations and ensure participants understand and perform required exercises safely.

- Facilitate classroom sessions, practical exercises, assessments and evaluations.

- Ensure training is delivered in accordance with GWO standards, procedures and safety requirements.

- Demonstrate strong stage presence, presentation and classroom management skills.

- Communicate effectively in English with participants from diverse backgrounds.

- Use solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants.

- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations and constructive feedback to participants.





- Monitor participant performance and ensure competency and learning objectives are achieved.

- Maintain required training records, assessments, attendance and documentation.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment, PPE and practical training facilities.

- Support the development and improvement of training modules, presentations and practical exercises.

- Stay updated with changes in GWO standards, training requirements and industry best practices.
