Job OverviewWe are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Service Representative who can ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating with internal teams, assisting visitors, and addressing guest concerns professionally.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage guest interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.
- Handle guest inquiries through phone calls, messages, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Manage bookings, reservations, appointments, and guest entry records.
- Provide accurate information about services, packages, pricing, and available facilities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest service and timely execution of requirements.
- Understand guest needs and provide suitable assistance to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and concerns calmly and professionally.
- Maintain booking records, customer details, service updates, and other relevant documentation.
- Follow up with guests regarding bookings, confirmations, and service-related inquiries.
- Support billing, payment coordination, and basic point-of-sale operations, wherever required.
- Ensure guest requirements are communicated clearly to the concerned team.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk or guest service area.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and overall service quality.




- Perform other guest relations and administrative responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and confident face-to-face communication.
- Positive coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, booking systems, and POS software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints constructively.
- Positive attitude, patience, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to understanding and fulfilling guest requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, customer service, or guest relations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are welcome to apply.
- Minimum high school qualification; graduation is preferred.

Work Requirements
- Full-time, onsite position.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling guests and their concerns.
