ABOUT THE TOLE

Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is looking for a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) / / Restaurant Hostess to join our F&B; service team.

The role involves welcoming and engaging with guests, managing seating and reservations, handling guest requests, and ensuring a warm, seamless, and memorable dining experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage guest seating and table allocations efficiently.
- Assist with reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
- Interact with guests throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the Service, Kitchen, and Management teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, presentation, and guest interaction.
- Ensure guest-facing areas are maintained according to brand standards.
- Build positive relationships with regular and first-time guests.
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Escalate guest concerns to the appropriate manager when required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 1-3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, QSRs,



or hospitality brands is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong guest-handling and customer-service skills.
- Good grooming and presentation.
- Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in premium dining, casual dining, hotels, QSRs, or established hospitality brands will be an advantage.
