Guest Relation Executive – Jhamtani

Jhamtani is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to manage visitors and clients at project sites. The role involves creating a welcoming experience, handling customer queries, coordinating site visits, and supporting smooth day-to-day site administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors at the project site.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide accurate information about projects.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain visitor records, enquiry details, and site-visit reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams for customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the reception, sample flat, and customer interaction areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for site-related requirements.
- Assist with stock updates, vendor coordination, and petty cash management as required.




- Support the site team with administrative and documentation activities.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Real Estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
- Real-estate or hospitality experience will be an advantage.
