We are looking for an experienced GST Manager to join our Chartered Accountant firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing GST compliances, advisory assignments, departmental matters and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review monthly, quarterly and annual GST compliances.
- Handle GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and other applicable returns.
- Review GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC and GST reconciliations.
- Handle GST registration, amendment and cancellation applications.
- Handle GST notices, assessments, departmental queries and related correspondence.
- Assist with GST audits, investigations and departmental proceedings.
- Provide GST advisory and practical support to clients.
- Review GST workings and ensure timely and accurate compliance.
- Coordinate with clients for information, documentation and resolution of GST-related matters.
- Supervise and review the work of junior team members.
- Keep updated with changes in GST laws, notifications and compliance requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm is mandatory.
- Candidate must be currently working in a CA firm.
- Candidates without current CA-firm experience will not be considered.
- Candidate must be currently residing in Navi Mumbai.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST compliance and GST procedures.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage assignments and meet deadlines.
Education
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- CA Dropouts with relevant practical experience may also apply.
- Candidates from a strong GST/CA-firm background will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Robust practical knowledge of GST laws and compliance.
- Experience in handling GST notices and departmental matters.
- Good knowledge of the GST portal and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and assignments independently.
- Team handling and review capabilities.
Salary Competitive salary based on experience, knowledge and current CTC.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
