Role Description The Growth Manager Intern role is an on-site internship based in Mumbai. The intern will support initiatives to attract new customers, retain existing clients, and expand service usage across laptop repair, computer repair, networking, AMC, and IT support offerings. Daily tasks may include assisting with market research, tracking lead generation activities, helping manage online listings and basic digital outreach, and gathering customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

The intern will collaborate with the operations and service teams to understand customer needs, document processes, and propose practical ideas to improve visibility,



service packages, and overall client experience. The role offers exposure to both business development and operational aspects of a growing IT services company.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in business growth, sales, or marketing, with basic understanding of customer acquisition and retention concepts.

- Ability to conduct structured market research, analyze simple data sets, and summarize insights clearly.

- Comfort using common productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) to document and present findings.

- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and customers, including clear written and verbal communication.

- Organized, detail-oriented approach to tracking activities, follow-ups, and outcomes.

- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a fast-paced service setting.

- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
