1. Purpose

- To plan for daily/weekly vehicle delivery as per the marketrequirement. To ensure desired stock level of SKUs at

- Warehouse. To plan for parts delivery from feedershops,assembly units, stores to achieve Vehicle Sequence plan.

Role Description

- Release vehicle sequence plan conveyorwise based on SAP weekplan and

- Warehouse stock of SKUs

- Co-ordinate with feeder units/Stores/Central procurement forreceipt of parts for Vehicle/Engine Sequence plan

- Release Export packing sequence plan based on FIFO andexecute work ordersCo-ordinate for daily production review and delivery assurance review

- Release day production plan of Stranger models within weekas per SAP plan and ensure parts availability

- Execute Week plan to achieve Weekly color model servicelevel and No of Runner SKUs color model service level achieved between 95% to 105%

- Communicate daily gap analysis for Vehicle/Engine sequenceplan.

- Maintain discipline and encourage team working of allmembers of the unit through counseling, coaching and Motivation





- Co-ordinate with NPD,CP,PED, Program for initial productionand Mass production of current models in domestic and export.
