Graphic Designer – Meta Ads Creatives

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for Meta Ads, social media creatives and short-form video.

We want someone who understands that a good ad is not just about looking beautiful — it needs to grab attention, communicate quickly and connect with the target audience.

Someone with a strong understanding of creative psychology, brands and what makes people stop scrolling will be preferred.

What You’ll Do

- Create high-performing Meta Ads creatives for Facebook & Instagram.
- Design static ads, carousels, Reels and short-form video creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand, audience and campaign objectives.
- Create social media, branding and digital marketing creatives.
- Edit images, videos and adapt creatives for different formats.
- Work with the marketing/content team to develop new creative ideas.
- Create multiple creative variations for testing and campaigns.

Must Have
- 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Strong Photoshop & Illustrator skills.
- Good knowledge of Figma & Canva.
- Strong typography, layout, colour and composition skills.




- Experience designing Meta Ads / performance marketing creatives.
- Valuable video editing skills.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand different brands and target audiences.
- Agency experience is preferred.

Good to have: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Motion Graphics & AI design tools.
