About The Role The Graphic Specialist role is a vital part of the Artwork Production team within the AW DTP Platform at P&G.; This position is responsible for executing design development in alignment with brand strategies and creative visions. The successful candidate will partner closely with Design Leaders and Brand teams to produce digital templates and graphic adaptations that accurately reflect the design intent.

The role demands a deep understanding of graphic file construction, brand identity, and regulatory style guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all product forms and variants. As a key collaborator within the artwork production process, the Graphic Specialist will work with Color & Pre-Press specialists and the Artwork flow team to deliver high-quality visual assets that meet strict standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of visually compelling packaging and marketing materials that resonate with consumers worldwide.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a degree in graphic design or a related field, complemented by 2-3 years of experience in graphic or print production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.



Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of brand architecture, design language, and application of design principles to maintain visual consistency across diverse product categories.

A good grasp of regulatory style guidelines and graphic file construction is required to ensure compliance and quality. Additionally, candidates should have a Munsell Test score of 'Average Discrimination' minimum, with 'Superior Discrimination' preferred, to ensure accurate color differentiation. Soft skills such as excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities are highly valued.

A proactive approach to innovation, process improvement, and cost management will set successful applicants apart.

Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the design execution workflow, including critical path scheduling, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of artwork files.
- Execute graphic adaptations and digital templates with precision, maintaining alignment with design intent and brand standards.
- Manage projects within WebCenter, the graphics lifecycle management tool, providing support and ensuring seamless workflow across teams.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators such as on-design intent production, on-time delivery, and quality standards.
- Govern and maintain the asset library, ensuring proper organization and accessibility of design assets.
- Own the multi-functional approval process for graphic adaptations and digital templates, facilitating collaboration and approval cycles.
- Conduct quality control checks to verify adherence to design specifications, regulatory guidelines, and brand standards.
- Adapt and produce minor graphic assets in collaboration with Brand and Design teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy.




- Implement change management procedures related to design intent modifications and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by exploring cost-saving opportunities and enhancing productivity.
- Track and report on design delivery metrics regularly, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Build personal expertise and mastery in graphic production processes and tools, contributing to team capability development.
- Participate actively in organizational transformation efforts, embracing innovation and process enhancements.
