About The Role The Graphic Specialist role is a pivotal position within the Artwork Production team at P&G;, reporting through the Artwork Production in the AW DTP Platform. This role is essential in translating design concepts into high-quality digital templates and graphic adaptations that align with brand standards and regulatory guidelines.

The Graphic

Specialist collaborates closely with Design Leaders and Brand teams to ensure that the visual representation of products maintains consistency, accuracy, and adherence to the original design intent across various product forms and variants. The position requires a deep understanding of graphic file construction, design standards, and brand identity, ensuring that all assets produced meet quality and regulatory compliance standards. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and technical execution, contributing to the development of visually compelling and compliant packaging and marketing materials. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a combination of educational background, technical skills, and professional experience aligned with the requirements of the role:

- A degree in graphic design or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in graphic or print production preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, demonstrating strong technical skills in graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of brand architecture, design language, and application of design principles to ensure visual consistency across diverse product formats and substrates.
- Familiarity with regulatory style guidelines and experience in applying them accurately in design assets.
- Strong understanding of graphic file construction, layout, and proportionate scaling to maintain design integrity across variants.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to process improvements and innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards consistently.

Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee the execution of design work, managing project timelines and critical path schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality artwork files.
- Execute graphic adaptations and digital templates in alignment with design intent, ensuring visual consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Manage projects within WebCenter, a graphics lifecycle management tool, providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as on-design intent execution, production timeliness, and quality metrics.
- Govern and maintain the asset library, ensuring organized and accessible graphic resources for the team.
- Lead the multi-functional approval process for graphic assets,



ensuring all adaptations meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Perform quality control checks on all assets before release, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Adapt and produce minor graphic assets in-house in collaboration with Brand and Design teams, ensuring quick turnaround and adherence to standards.
- Apply regulatory style guidelines meticulously to all graphic assets, maintaining compliance across markets.
- Implement change management processes for design intent modifications, resolving quality issues proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by exploring innovative solutions, cost savings, and process efficiencies.
- Track and analyze all design delivery metrics regularly, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Build personal mastery in design and production processes, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Support organizational transformation efforts by actively participating in process improvements and technology adoption.
