Creative Graphic Designer – Events & Experiences
Experience: 1–2 years
Location: Bengaluru
Employment: Full-Time The role should be positioned as an event-focused creative designer who can take an event brief/theme and develop the complete visual language of the event — from concept and design to production-ready artwork and print files.
Do NOT position this as a generic social-media graphic designer role.
The candidate should be capable of understanding an event brief, developing a theme, creating visual concepts and converting those concepts into practical event production designs with correct dimensions and print-ready files.
Core responsibilities to include
- Event Theme & Concept Creation
- Understand client/event briefs.
- Develop creative themes and visual directions.
- Create mood boards and visual references.
- Develop a complete visual identity around the event theme.
- Create multiple creative options when required.
- Translate a theme consistently across different event touchpoints.
- Event Creative Collateral The candidate should be capable of designing event elements such as:
- Stage design concepts
- LED screen content/design directions
- Backdrop designs
- Photo wall designs
- Photo booth concepts
- Modular photo booth designs
- Entry arch designs
- Welcome signage
- Standee designs
- Registration desk branding
- Directional signage

However, AI-generated concepts must be converted into practical, editable and production-ready designs.
The designer should understand the difference between an AI visual concept and a final production artwork.
- Software Skills
Strong knowledge of
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- InDesign or equivalent design software
- Canva where appropriate
- AI creative/design tools
- Other relevant graphic design and visualization tools
Mention that software flexibility is valued, but design thinking and production understanding are more important than software alone.
- Print-Ready Artwork
This is a critical responsibility.
The designer should be capable of independently preparing final print files.
