Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based at Poornima University in Jaipur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, event promotions, and internal communications.

Responsibilities include developing logos and brand elements, maintaining consistent visual identity across all university touchpoints, and producing layouts for brochures, banners, presentations, and web content. The role involves collaborating with marketing, academic,



and administrative teams to understand design requirements, translating concepts into engaging visuals, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

The Graphic

Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and tools, organize design files, and support ongoing campaigns and initiatives across the university.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work.

- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for both digital and print materials.

- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).

- Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

- Attention to detail, creativity, and a user-focused approach to visual communication.

- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience in educational or institutional branding, motion graphics, or UI design is an advantage.
