Position Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Kannur. Working directly under the mentorship and guidance of the Art Director, you will play a key role in executing brand campaigns, packaging adaptations, digital performance creatives, and marketplace visual collateral.

The ideal candidate should bring proven creative agency experience, a robust artistic sensibility rooted in fine arts or multimedia principles, and the ability to collaborate smoothly with copywriters and marketing strategists in an agile work environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Creative Execution & Production: Work closely with the Art Director to translate campaign concepts, mood boards, and creative briefs into high-impact visual designs.

 Digital & Social Media Creatives: Layout and produce engaging visual assets for organic social media channels, brand awareness campaigns, and digital performance advertising.

 Packaging & Print Collateral: Assist the Art Director with label adaptations, packaging mockups, typography refinements, and setting up accurate print-ready/prepress files (bleed, dielines, color separations).

 E-Commerce &; D2C Assets: Design high-converting marketplace creatives (Amazon

A+ content, store banners, product feature carousels) and website graphics.

 Brand Governance: Uphold brand standards, typography hierarchies, and visual consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.

 Team Collaboration: Partner proactively with the copywriter, content team, and marketing leads to iterate on design feedback and maintain scheduled delivery timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements





 Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on design experience within a creative advertising or design agency.

 Reporting & Collaboration: Ability to take creative direction from the Art Director,

absorb constructive feedback, and execute iterations swiftly.

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Graphic

Design, or a related discipline preferred.

 Clear communication skills, a positive collaborative attitude, and disciplined time management.

Software Proficiency

 Advanced command of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

 Solid working knowledge of Adobe InDesign (layout, editorial, and print setup).

 Practical efficiency with Canva for rapid team workflows and collaborative asset production.

 Strong foundation in visual balance, layout composition, typography, color palettes, and image retouching. Fundamental understanding of commercial print processes is an advantage.

Location Constraint Must reside within a daily commutable distance to our office in Kannur, Kerala (this is an on-site role).
