We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how design works in a fast-growing B2C/D2C brand environment.

This role goes beyond simply making things look good. You will be responsible for creating high-performing, brand-consistent creatives across Meta ads, social media, marketplaces and other digital touchpoints.

The ideal candidate understands consumer-facing design, can work quickly, is comfortable with performance marketing requirements and can turn a brief into multiple strong creative concepts and variations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Meta ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns, including static ads, carousels and other formats.
- Design social media creatives for Instagram and other brand channels.
- Create marketplace creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
- Develop creative variations for different products, offers, audiences and campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual communication.
- Maintain and evolve Estelar's visual identity across different platforms.
- Handle basic to intermediate video editing for Reels, ads, product videos and social media content.
- Use AI tools to improve creative ideation, image generation, editing, production speed and overall workflow.
- Work with Adobe Photoshop and other relevant Adobe tools to produce polished, production-ready creatives.
- Manage a high-volume creative pipeline while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with current D2C, beauty, fashion and social media creative trends and bring new ideas to the brand.

What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Prior experience working with a B2C/D2C brand, advertising agency, creative agency or performance marketing agency.




- Robust understanding of Meta advertising creatives and what makes a consumer-facing ad effective.
- Experience designing for e-commerce marketplaces is strongly preferred.
- Positive understanding of social media formats, trends and visual communication.
- Comfortable with basic video editing and short-form content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of other Adobe Creative Cloud tools is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools and willing to experiment with new tools and workflows.
- Ability to work with speed and manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, typography, composition, colour and brand consistency.
- A good understanding of the B2C consumer mindset and how creative can influence clicks, engagement and conversions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant advertising, social media, e-commerce or D2C work.

- Creating marketplace banners, product creatives and promotional assets.
- Adapting winning creatives into multiple formats and variations.
- Editing short-form videos and ad content.
- Working with the marketing team on new product launches, offers and campaigns.
- Researching competitors and current creative trends.
- Using AI and design tools to increase creative output and efficiency.
