Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience, you will turn creative briefs into high-converting visual assets across digital, social, and print media. This role demands a unique combination of artistic talent and business acumen. You will engage directly with clients, translate their feedback into polished design realities, and ensure every deliverable perfectly aligns with their expectations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to maintain healthy, professional client relationships and pitch concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Client Communication & Management: Connect directly with clients to gather visual requirements, present design concepts, explain creative choices, and maintain clear channels of communication throughout projects.

Client-Centric Delivery: Interpret external client briefs accurately and ensure all visual assets are finalized and delivered strictly as per specific client requirements and deadlines.

● Visual Content Creation: Conceptualise and execute high-quality designs for social media creatives, digital ads, web banners, infographics, email newsletters, and marketing collateral. ● Feedback Integration: Proactively manage client feedback loops, revising and optimizing design layouts smoothly while maintaining brand consistency.



● Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the marketing, content writing, and digital optimization teams to align internal capabilities with client goals. ● Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging graphic design trends, AI-powered design shortcuts, and industry-best practices.

Requirements & Technical Skills ● Education (Mandatory): Graduation (Any Stream) WITH a completed professional certification/course in Graphic Design is strictly mandatory. ● Experience: 1–3 years of qualified experience as a graphic designer or visual communicator, ideally in an agency environment handling client-facing tasks. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication is essential for conducting direct client meetings, handling feedback, and presenting creative pitches. ● Software Proficiency: ○ Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). ○ High familiarity with modern UI/UX and collaborative prototyping tools like Figma or Canva. ○ Preferred: Basic understanding of motion graphics, video overlays, and editing tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro. ● Core Competencies: Strong comprehension of design rules (typography, spatial hierarchy, alignment, color theory) coupled with a sharp ability to translate abstract client concepts into visual assets. ● Portfolio: A mandatory, strong professional portfolio showing live design assets spanning print and digital mediums.
