Job Title: Graphic & Web Designer Intern

We collaborate with top-tier healthcare professionals across various specialities, focusing on delivering measurable results, increasing patient volume, and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create graphics for websites, landing pages, social media, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in designing modern, clean, and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Create basic wireframes, layouts, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
- Support the team in designing banners, social media posts, presentations, infographics, and marketing creatives.
- Follow established brand guidelines, typography, colour palettes, spacing, and visual systems.
- Create responsive design layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Assist in updating existing website designs based on content, SEO, and marketing requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, team leads, developers, SEO, SMO, and content teams.
- Use AI tools to explore design ideas, image concepts, layouts, content visualisation, and creative variations.
- Learn and experiment with AI-powered design and creative tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Freepik AI, Canva AI, and other emerging tools.
- Maintain organised and editable design files, components, assets, and layers.




- Perform basic design quality checks before submitting work for review.
- Take feedback positively and make revisions while maintaining design consistency.
- Stay updated with new design trends, UI patterns, AI tools, and digital design technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design and UI/UX principles.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Figma.
- Familiarity with at least one graphic design tool such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design.
- Good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and improve design skills.
- Ability to understand feedback and make design improvements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic Technical Understanding:

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Understanding of website structure and responsive behaviour is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms is a plus.

AI & New-Age Design Skills: The candidate should be interested in learning and using AI as part of the modern design workflow.

Exposure to any of the following is a plus:





- ChatGPT - design ideation, creative briefs, content assistance, prompts
- Figma AI - layout exploration and design assistance
- Adobe Firefly - AI image generation and editing
- Freepik AI - image and creative generation
- Canva AI - creative variations and quick visual development
- AI image/video generation tools
- AI-assisted research, moodboards, visual concepts, and creative exploration Important: AI tools are expected to support the designer's creativity and workflow, not replace fundamental design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Personal projects, college projects, or a design portfolio are preferred.

- Experience creating social media or digital marketing creatives is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of branding and visual identity is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of animation, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.

- Interest in healthcare, digital marketing, websites, and emerging technologies is advantageous.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
