Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Mechanical Engineer role based in Noida.

The Graduate Mechanical

Engineer will support the design and development of filtration, separation, gas generation, and waste engineering equipment, working closely with senior engineers and the R&D; team. Daily responsibilities include creating and modifying mechanical designs, preparing CAD models and drawings, assisting in prototyping and testing, and documenting design changes and technical specifications. The role also involves coordinating with production teams,



contributing to quality and reliability improvements, and supporting project timelines and deliverables. The engineer will participate in problem-solving activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional meetings to ensure products meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of core concepts such as mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid systems, and materials.
- Skills in Machine Design, including understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and design for manufacturability and reliability.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D drafting and 3D modeling, and ability to create clear engineering drawings and documentation.
- Interest or experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimental testing, data analysis, and innovation in mechanical systems.
- Basic Project Management skills, such as planning tasks, tracking progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and focus on quality and safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in office in a manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment, filtration systems, or waste management technologies is an advantage.
