We're a performance search marketing agency in Coimbatore looking for a Google Ads Specialist to plan, run and optimise paid search campaigns for our clients. You'll work directly on live accounts, own the results, and work closely with the founder and the SEO team.

If you enjoy getting into the data, testing things and being measured on leads rather than clicks, this will suit you.

Responsibilities

- Set up, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max and Display
- Keyword research, audience targeting and campaign structuring
- Daily search term review, negative keyword management and bid optimisation
- Write and test ad copy, extensions and landing page angles
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Monitor budgets and pacing across accounts
- Prepare performance reports with clear insights and next steps




- Coordinate with the SEO and content team on shared keyword and landing page work

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing live accounts
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Comfortable with Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Good written English for ad copy and client communication
- Google Ads certification, or willing to complete it within the first month
- Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate

Positive to have

- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Exposure to landing page testing or CRO
- Basic understanding of SEO

What we offer: Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, Job Type: Work From Office
