Job Summary

We are looking for a Google Ads Executive / Specialist with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Google Search Ads and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, along with the ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets and bids, and generate quality leads for U.S.-based dental and healthcare clients .

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research , search-term analysis, and competitor research.
- Manage bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, and negative keywords .
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.




- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS .
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and overall campaign performance.
- Create and test ad copies, extensions/assets, and campaign strategies.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and keywords and take appropriate optimization measures.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices .

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Ads and Performance Max (PMax) .
- Good understanding of campaign setup, keyword research, bid management, optimization, and performance analysis .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
- Experience working with U.S. clients or healthcare/dental campaigns will be an added advantage.
