Role & responsibilities The Gold Appraiser is responsible for accurate valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments pledged by customers, ensuring adherence to purity and weight assessment standards, safe custody of pledged gold, and accurate documentation throughout the gold loan lifecycle, while supporting branch-level compliance and customer service.

Preferred candidate profile
- Sound knowledge of gold valuation/appraisal techniques, purity and weight assessment
- Understanding of gold loan operations, documentation, and KYC/regulatory requirements
- Accuracy in calculation, counting, and record maintenance
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge / MS Office
- High levels of integrity and trustworthiness
