Designation : Regional Sales Manager-East
Location : Kolkata
Reporting to : National Sales Manager

Primary Function: Achieving Sales (Revenue & Volume) and collection targets along with growing market share in the Region for Automotive Refinish Paints in Eastern region of India , Forecasting of products & responsible for maintaining bottom line.

Brief Job Description:
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets
Manage distributor and dealer network, including network expansion.
Further develop business in the area by winning new OEM bodyshop accounts.
Manage service requirements of bodyshops and key customers in the area.

Managing Team of Sales & technical
Maintain relationship with OEM’s
Responsible for New product launch
Responsible for IDS & DSO
Responsible for overall business development in region
Taking lead in identifying and developing current business prospects
Collaborate with product team to ensure new development based on market/customer requirements for the customers in the Region.




Ensure alignment with sales activities and business objective, work closely with different functions (demand planning, CSR, finance etc)
Stay up to date with the competition activities , market intelligence

Education Qualification & Experience:
MBA / Degree in paint technology/ Chemical Engineering, 12 -15 years plus experience in sales preferably in paints or automotive after market.

Competencies Required:
Highly developed Interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong communication skills: written and verbal.
Ability to build Robust Client relationships.
Excellent attitude and skills in managing critical partners to ensure win – win.
Passionate and willing to take challenges and inclination to do things differently.
