Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for an GM/DGM/AGMOperations - FPS/MEP at Aegis Automation India Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing installation projects, and leading a team of professionals.

The role also requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

- Experience in Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services
- Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams
- Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS execution/ installations end-to-end.
- Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on operational and financial performance.
- Compliance and quality: Ensure operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety protocols.
