Role Description The Generative AI Tutor is a full-time remote role focused on teaching and mentoring learners in the effective use of generative AI tools and techniques. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering online lessons, creating clear learning materials, and developing practical exercises that help learners apply AI concepts to real-world scenarios.

The tutor will guide learners through topics such as prompt design, model capabilities and limitations, ethical AI use, and integration of AI tools into workflows. They will provide individualized feedback, track learner progress,



and adjust content based on skill levels and learning goals. Collaboration with internal teams to refine curricula and stay current with advances in AI technologies is also part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering, model behavior, use cases, and limitations.
- Experience using mainstream generative AI tools (e.g., large language models, image generation tools) in practical or educational contexts.
- Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to non-expert audiences and adapt teaching styles to different learning needs.
- Background in computer science, data science, AI, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of responsible and ethical AI use, including privacy, bias, and safety considerations.
- Experience designing educational content, training programs, or tutorials for online learning environments.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English and comfort with delivering live or recorded remote sessions.
- Good organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with collaboration and learning platforms (e.g., LMS tools, video conferencing, shared document tools).
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or technical customer education is a plus.
