Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead and build our CFM56 engine teardown and warehouse operations at Chennai Free Trade Zone (FTWZ), Sriperumbudur.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical operations, precision engineering/manufacturing, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Direct aviation experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end CFM56 engine teardown operations from induction to parts disposition.
- Develop and implement SOPs, processes, quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FAA, DGCA and regulatory requirements.
- Manage operational TAT, quality, documentation and traceability.
- Oversee inventory, warehouse, tooling and asset management.
- Drive ERP utilisation,



operational reporting and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical and operations teams.
- Maintain a strong safety-first and quality-focused culture.
- Work closely with the CEO and Senior Technical Advisor on operational priorities.

Required Experience
- 12–18 years of operational leadership experience in technical, engineering, precision manufacturing or similar environments.
- Proven experience in building SOPs, operational systems and quality frameworks.
- Solid experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems in operations/manufacturing.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
