SKD INTERIORS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is a growing commercial interior fit-out company specializing in complete interior execution for hospitals, hotels, commercial buildings, showrooms, offices, residential and other large-scale projects.

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable General Manager – Interior Fit-Out & Projects who can independently manage and drive the company's project execution, site operations, manpower, procurement, client coordination, costing, and overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for interior fit-out project execution and operations.
- Manage multiple projects from planning to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, schedules, and project resources.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, productivity, and deadlines.
- Lead and manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, skilled workers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure proper coordination between design, procurement, production, and site execution teams.
- Control project costs and minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenses.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quotations, estimates, rate analysis, material requirements, and project budgets.
- Handle vendor and subcontractor negotiations.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of interior materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, project schedules, and MIS.
- Coordinate billing, measurements, variations, additional works, and client approvals.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Develop and implement proper SOPs and systems for project and site management.
- Support the management in business development, project acquisition,



and company expansion.

Interior Product Knowledge The candidate should have good knowledge of commercial interior products, materials, brands, specifications, applications, rates, and installation methods. The candidate should be able to identify the right materials for different project requirements and understand:

- Laminates and veneers
- MDF, HDF, plywood and other boards
- Hardware and fittings
- Adhesives and sealants
- Flooring products
- Glass and aluminium systems
- Acoustic products
- Fire-rated materials
- Lighting coordination
- Interior finishing materials
- Furniture and joinery hardware





Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in commercial interior fit-out projects
- Strong in project execution and site management
- Technically knowledgeable in interior works
- Capable of managing large teams and multiple sites
- Solid in planning, coordination, costing, and procurement
- Able to communicate confidently with clients and consultants
- Capable of taking independent decisions and solving site problems
- Business-minded and focused on productivity and profitability
- Willing to take overall responsibility for project operations
- Professional, disciplined, and result-oriented

Experience Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out / interior contracting / construction.

Candidates with experience handling large commercial projects, hospitals, hotels, offices, showrooms, or multi-site interior projects will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience in commercial interior execution may also be considered.

Salary ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, technical knowledge, project-handling capability, leadership skills, and overall suitability for the position.
