Qualification & Experience

- BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience
- Experience in Tiles, Granite, Building Materials, Retail, Trading, or related industry preferred
- Proven experience in team handling, sales management, and business operations

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage overall business operations and performance.
- Lead, guide, and monitor departmental teams to achieve business goals.
- Drive sales growth,



operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop business strategies and ensure effective implementation.
- Review reports, monitor KPIs, and make business decisions based on performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments and maintain smooth workflow.
