Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop new jewellery pieces, including concept development and prototype creation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective product launches.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in jewellery design.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for high-quality materials.

- Create detailed designs and specifications for production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure all products meet industry standards.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of jewellery design principles, including colour theory, texture, and shape.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
