Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks on garments to ensure compliance with company standards.

- Inspect fabrics, trims, and accessories for defects or irregularities.

- Verify sewing techniques, stitching, and finishing processes meet quality requirements.

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections and report findings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-6 years of experience in apparel industry, preferably in knitwear manufacturing (women's wear).

- Robust understanding of garment manufacturing processes, including export regulations.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
