Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with buyers, design teams, and suppliers to develop product lines that meet market demands and company goals.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

- Develop sampling plans to test recent products and materials before production.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing inventory levels, lead times, and supply chain logistics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in apparel merchandising or a related field.

- Proven expertise in merchant activities, product costing, sample development, buyer communication, sampling techniques.
