Role & Responsibilities
RFQ & Inquiry Management: Promptly handle incoming Requests for Quotes (RFQs) received through multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Call and live Chat Support.
Quotation Preparation: Understand diverse customer technical requirements to provide accurate product solutions, ensuring standard formats and rigorous quality guidelines are met.
Timeline Adherence: Prepare and share skilled competitive quotations within strictly defined company timelines.
Lead Follow-up & Nurturing: Proactively follow up with international and domestic B2B customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.
Order Processing: Generate accurate Quotation & Proforma Invoices (PI)



immediately upon order confirmation and ensure compliance with standard company formats.
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Logistics, Accounts, Procurement and Warehouse teams to verify stock availability, estimate delivery timelines, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Business Development Support: Arrange strategic client meetings and execute targeted cold calls to identify and acquire recent business opportunities.
Commercial Negotiation: Confidently negotiate pricing,
